We are looking for category leaders with a history of operating profitability.
Buyouts
We invest both independently and with search funds that have identified a target acquisition. We prefer companies that are founder run and operating in a large, growing market. For our search fund investments, we are looking for similar verticals and prefer searchers from Harvard, Stanford, and Wharton.
Venture
We also invest in market leaders that have received capital from other institutional venture firms. We prefer technology companies that operate in CRM, HCM, and tax, among other verticals. Some of our past venture investments include Robinhood and Blend.
